• If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete upon delivery, please contact our customer service for a return or refund.

Valid reason for returning the product
• If the product is damaged. (cracked/broken/defective)
• If the product delivered is incomplete. (If any product is in short supply)
• If the product delivered is wrong. (wrong product/size/colour, or expired)
• If the product delivered does not match the product description ( unless the product doesn’t matches with the advertisement.)
