Customers refund processing time depends on the type of refund and the payment method customer used.
The refund period/process starts when customer your refund is processed as per your refund type.
The refund amount covers the product price but deducting the shipping fees for your returned product – if the return is no valid reason.

Refunds from Returns
Refunds are processed after your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed.

Refunds from Cancelled Orders –
Refunds are automatically initiated once the cancellation is successfully processed.
The refund process starts once the refund-item reaches the seller from the failed delivery. Please note that it may take longer depending on the area of customers delivery address / location.
The product must be unused, clean and free of defects. Product must include original tags, user manual, warranty card, gift, invoice and accessories.
Product must be returned in original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product is supplied in packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging/box as we are using Food Grade poly bag with zip lock.
Note:
It is important to mention that order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.
While handing over package to the drop-off station/pickup agent, please collect the Return Acknowledgment form and keep it for future reference.
